1. Return Eligibility

1.1 You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order.

1.2 Products must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.

1.3 Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached.

1.4 Items are not eligible for return unless defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

2.1 We cannot accept returns on Wallets or cardholders that have been used.

2.2 Sale items or items purchased with promotional discounts are not eligible for return unless defective.

3. Return Process

3.1 To initiate a return:

3.1.1 Log into your Rounaque account and go to the 'My Orders' section

3.1.2 Select the item you wish to return and follow the prompts

3.1.3 Alternatively, email our customer support at info@rounaque.com with your order number and reason for return

3.2 You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

3.3 Pack the item securely in its original packaging along with the RMA number.

3.4 Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions.

4. Return Shipping

4.1 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

4.2 We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.

5. Refund Process

5.1 Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

5.2 If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

5.3 Refunds include the cost of the item but do not include the original shipping charges.

6. Exchanges

6.1 We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

7. Defective or Incorrect Items

7.1 If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

7.2 We will arrange for a return shipping label at no cost to you.

7.3 Once we confirm the defect or error, we will offer a replacement or full refund, including original shipping charges.

8. Cancellations

8.1 Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if they have not been shipped.

8.2 To cancel an order, please contact customer support immediately with your order number.

9. Gift Returns

9.1 If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase, the gift recipient will receive a gift credit for the value of the return.

9.2 If the item wasn't marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

10. Late or Missing Refunds

10.1 If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days of our confirmation email, please check your bank account again.

10.2 If the refund is still not reflected, contact your credit card company or bank, as there might be some processing time on their end.

10.3 If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact our customer support.

11. Damaged Items During Return Shipping

11.1 We are not responsible for items damaged or lost during return shipping.

11.2 We recommend insuring the package for the full value of the merchandise.

12. Right to Refuse Returns

12.1 Rounaque reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

12.2 If a return is refused, we will contact you and arrange to ship the item back to you at your expense.
